Cave connection/hands is an experimental mixed-media short film that explores human
connection through one of the most exposed, vulnerable, and expressive parts of the body: the
hands. Filmed digitally and then re-filmed and transferred to Super 8, the work explores human encounter through hands alone. It moves from distance to intimacy, culminating in physical and emotional union, as the hands become a surface onto which emotions and deep human connection are projected.
